Description
Transparent (Clear) Melamine Birch Plywood BB is birch plywood on exterior WBP glue hot pressed with transparent melamine film 250 gr/m2 for better wear and scratch resistance.
Description: Birch plywood is harvested in the northern regions of Europe. Due to frosts, this plywood has a very light natural colour.
It comprises 1.4mm thick birch plies by cross-bonding with phenol-formaldehyde exterior glue (WBP glue).
This is a high-quality structural and decorative material.
Appearance grade according to EN-636-2:
BB—Discoloration is allowed up to 70% of a sheet surface. Loose knots and open defects are patched; patches (plugs) should match the surrounding grain direction and colour.
Please note: This material may have minor appearance imperfections, so check the pictures carefully before purchasing.
Applications: ideal for cabinets carcasess, architectural design, exterior and interior furniture, kitchen cabinet carcasses, joinery, wall panelling, decorative applications, staircase, partitions, DIY and hobby projects.
Processing options: suitable for CNC routing, milling, and drilling.
